On the beach in Lorient, St. Barts, December 2005

Hello Suzanne,
In one word; everything was great! The villa was wonderful. Very much in sync with the images provided on the website, so no disappointment by blown-up expectations. Great location; bakery across the street very convenient for that morning croissant. The beach was equally great and I have to confess that we really didn't do to much those 2 weeks; fantastic weather (only some rain the last 2 day's), so it was a very successful and relaxing vacation indeed. Just what we needed and hoped for.

Peace and Quiet in Vitet, November 2005

Hello Suzanne,
We loved villa CHO! It was both as charming and luxurious as we remembered it. The rooms were all equally wonderful. And the main house, of course, was stunning. Loved the new deck added to the pool area. One of our friends hosted a catered dinner on the upper deck one night for us and some friends on the island. It was magical. After a day out in the sun at various beaches or diving or hanging out at some chic beach-front restaurant, it was nice to come back to our quite, secluded villa - which was blessedly shady by 3:00pm.

Baguettes and boulles in Provence, October 2005

Bonjour Anne-Marie,
We have returned from a fabulous vacation in Provence and Burgundy. Thank you so much for all your assistance. Mas de l'Esperance was wonderful. Lorraine was delightful. Once the boulles balls were located, all was well at the Mas. We especially enjoyed the villas proximity to town so we could walk to town each morning to buy baguettes and fresh food. We also enjoyed the proximity to hiking trails. We hiked to Les Baux. We enjoyed our meal at Oustau. Once again, thank you for all your help.

Sorry for the delay in replying as life's been a bit hectic since we got back. We all wish we were back at villa Alfamagia! We loved the villa and the location and would not hesitate in recommending it. I think this was our 7th villa holiday and we all agree that it was the best villa we've had.

We had such an incredibly wonderful time on St Barts! How does it keep getting better?! No one wanted to leave – actually we tried to stay another night but the villa was already booked. I wanted to let you know that we are going to try and book SIB GEA for about 2 weeks next year.

A perfect 10 near Orvieto in Umbria, June 2005

I just had repeat St. Barth's clients who spent a week in Ubaldo and rated it a "perfect 10". They absolutely adored the house (who wouldn't?), the location - in fact everything but they said that the highlight is Rosella who is not only the caretaker but also an incredible cook. She prepared dinner for them 5 nights they were there and they're planning on flying her over her during Christmas to prepare meals for their family. This has always been one of our favorites and now that I know about Rosella it should do even better.

Cool Runnings on Virgin Gorda, April 2005

We just returned from our vacation in Virgin Gorda and I wanted to write to thank you for helping us plan such a wonderful vacation. Cool Runnings was perfect for our needs and everything we rented was waiting for us-rental car, two cribs, and a high chair. The groceries were in the fridge when we arrived and the package I mailed was placed in the villa. We found the Virgin Gorda rental office very helpful as well. We enjoyed many dinners out and appreciate you making those reservations for us. Our experience with Wimco and Virgin Gorda was a positive one. We would not hesitate to recommend Wimco to others or to work with you again.

It could not have been better, March 2005

This is just a small note saying THANK YOU once again. We had a wonderful time, Villa AYO was very nice. It was what we were looking for, and it is good to know that I can count on your good advice. Between you and me; it could use some counseling on the decorative department (specially the living room furniture), but that is minor when everything else (setting, vistas, comfort) is so great. The small "home theatre" was a bonus I was not expecting. The only small problem we had was with the gas for the stove, but we called Sibarth and the owner himself came over to fix it immediately. Overall, it could not have been better.

Guiding us through the process, February 2005

Lorraine and I just returned from St. Bart's and our stay at villa FGO. I want to thank you for guiding us through the process; we were thrilled with the villa and its location on the island. We liked town, and were there most days, but especially liked being off the beaten path. You are right the island is small, so everything was convenient. Our favorite areas were of course around the villa, but also Toiny and Grand Fond.

Our 20th time traveling with Wimco, January 2005

Dear Glennie,
Thank you for asking about our recent stay in wonderful SIB VEL - our third time there, and, as we have calculated, our 20th time in a WIMCO villa. We had a lovely week. VEL's lack of light for evening reading was solved (to some extent, anyway) when Cecile provided a lamp from another house. There was a telephone problem that was attended to within 24 hours. Otherwise all was perfect! We hope to stay in VEL during the same time next year, as we love the orchestra week of the Music Festival. And, as we did last summer, we hope to spend a long July weekend in one of WIMCO'S villas - VEL would suit us fine if it is available. In fact, we left two beach chairs and an umbrella labeled with our names for our next visit, and we hope to be using them soon again.
