Things To Do and Activities on St. John

Cruz Bay
The main settlement where you'll find shopping, bars and restaurants. This is where the ferries arrive from St. Thomas and the BVIs. You can also find taxies and rentals cars here.

Bordeaux Mountain
The Highest Peak on St. John (1,300 ft). The park service provides maps – be sure to get one before you venture about. Look for Picture Point and there is a good hike to Lameshur Route 10 passes near enough to the top to offer breathtaking views.

Reef Bay Trail
Best hiking trail on St. John, and it’s best if you arrange to have park guide with you to point out the variety of plant life and the Reef Bay Plantation. Rte. 10 between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay.

Trunk Bay
Great for snorkeling with another underwater trail. Tends to get crowded, but there are excellent facilities for changing, equipment rentals and a snack bar.
